It is been a long time Arsenal did not finish at the top Tottenham Hotspur in the English League. Manager of the Gunners Mikel Arteta admit it is unacceptable.

“Not (acceptable),” said Arteta when asked by reporters about Arsenal’s condition, which is not even the best team in London, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
“We want to be the best. Not only in London, we want to be the best in the Premier League.”
“That’s the standard we have to achieve, given the expectations we have and what has happened to this club over the years.”

“I’m not interested in being the best in London. I want to be the best in England,” said the Spanish manager.
