“I’m not happy with the decisions we’ve had this season, but this is something I will discuss with the officials,” Arteta said, as quoted by Sky Sports.

“I also need an explanation of what happened today (Martinelli’s red card). These talks will be carried out soon,” explained the Spanish manager.
