The result made Arsenal fall to the bottom Premier League standings temporary. The Gunners are in 20th place with 0 points.
Football pundit who is also a Manchester United legend, Gary Neville can’t understand what’s going on Arsenal. Whereas back in his time when Neville was still playing, Arsenal was a strong team!
“They are still in the process since Arsene Wenger left. They have to get out of this pressure and this difficult time,” he told Sky Sport.
Gary Neville highlights the performance of the senior players Arsenal. For him, senior players are needed to motivate players on the pitch and also in the dressing room.
“Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Granit Xhaka, they have to make the difference and control the dressing room. And, in tune with supporting the manager,” he stressed.
Next Saturday (11/9) after the international break, Arsenal will face Norwich City who are one strip above them in the continuation Premier League.
Arsenal must quickly get points, if they don’t want to continue to be at the bottom of the standings. The players have to give their best, fully focused and ready to fight until the last minute.
“They have to start working for each other, before it will be even more difficult to win,” said Neville.
“They are very easy to beat so far, of course that is not a good thing.”
