La Romana.- Police officers from the Provincial Intelligence Division (Lintel), with the support of the Preventive Police and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, dismantled an arsenal and seized drugs during a raid on a house located on C Street in the Villa España sector, in the province The Roman.

In the main room, authorities found a significant amount of drugs: 252 portions of suspected marijuana (438 grams) and a portion of crack (398 grams).
In addition, a Taurus .38 caliber revolver with no visible serial number and no documents was seized.
In the closet, a Maverick shotgun, a Uzi Cobray mini-machine gun with the numbers filed off and magazines, an unmarked pistol, as well as a large amount of ammunition of different calibers, including .223, 12 and .25, were found.
21 cell phones, cash and a scale were also found.
In the kitchen, a drum-type magazine, a Glock magazine, two portions of marijuana, tobacco and lighters were seized. In addition, six scales and an undocumented motorcycle were found.
Mercedes has a criminal record for criminal association and domestic violence. Both he and Espiritusanto Ramos, along with the evidence, were made available to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
