ARS Grand Est organizes the first Regional Emergency Meetings

These meetings will be held next March and will aim to thoroughly rethink the approach and organization of work in healthcare establishments, in order to offer concrete solutions to professionals in hospital emergency departments.

An initiative that seems to have become essential as caregivers have been facing, for almost 3 years, to the health crisis and today to a triple epidemic (Covid, flu and bronchiolitis), not to mention internal tensions related to the lack of personnel.

If the Grand Est Regional Health Agency claims to have deployed a whole range of measures, over the months, to support caregivers in this difficult context, she wishes push its action further.

“The crisis has highlighted organizational issues that deserve in-depth work between all emergency actors. This is why ARS Grand Est wanted to organize these Regional emergency meetings. The conclusions will inform the priorities of the regional health plan 2023-2028 In preparation.” announces the organization in a press release.

The first edition of these Assises will therefore be held next March. They will address various issues such as “territorial organizations, quality of life at work, the architecture of our emergency structures, innovation at the service of professionals and users, new professions around emergencies, transparency and analysis of data on the recourse to unscheduled care.”

Prior to this meeting, the ARS has already called all the directors of health establishments to open a dialogue with the nursing and medical staff, in order to bring up the difficulties encountered on a daily basis in the field.
