As part of the investigation of two different cases of theft, which took place yesterday (3-12-2023) at noon in areas of Ioannina, a total of (5) people were immediately arrested by the Ioannina Security Sub-Directorate.
In particular, in the first case, a citizen and a citizen were arrested, who, as emerged from the police investigation, removed various components and spare parts from a car dealership.
In the second case, two nationals were arrested, who are accused of removing from the area of Ioannina various metal objects (iron) belonging to the Region of Epirus, while another national was arrested, for accepting them, to whom they sold them for 50 euros.
In both cases, a truck was confiscated, which the defendants used to commit the thefts, while the stolen items were returned to the beneficiaries.
The arrested were taken to Mr. Prosecutor Plimmeliodiki of Ioannina.

A citizen was arrested last night in Ioannina by police officers of the Ioannina Traffic Department, because in a breathalyzer test, it was found that he was driving an I.X.E. driving under the influence of alcohol.
