Willy Paúl Flores Chepe and Marco Antonio Ramos Chepe were recently arrested for being alleged perpetrators of the assault on lawyer Charlie Acosta Beteta that occurred on March 1 of this year. The arrest of those involved in the assault was due to a preliminary order issued by the preparatory investigation judge of Tingo María, Karol Sánchez Tacuche.

The victim reported to the authorities that early Friday morning he was the victim of the theft of his Xioami cell phone model Redmi 12 Pro, a wallet containing 440 soles, bank cards, among others.
The assault occurred at the first entrance of the Las Orquídeas housing association, when he was traveling in a trimobile that he boarded at the “Cocos Park” nightclub.

Later, hours after the assault, at 8:10 in the morning, the accused bought gasoline at the Essa Afilador – Tingo María tap and paid the sum of 100 soles with the credit card of the victim Acosta Beteta.
After viewing the videos from the video surveillance cameras, police officers were able to see the characteristics of the assailants, after several procedures they identified them as Willy Flores and Marco Ramos.
