Arrests at fans Feyenoord and Heerenveen in Woerden | Interior

Things went completely wrong in the hotel and catering industry when the hooligans were told that fans of the Frisian club were watching the match between Feyenoord and FC Heerenveen. The Frisians who did not have a ticket for the competition were left in Woerden by fellow supporters who were en route to De Kuip in Rotterdam.

The Feyenoord fans rushed into the cafe. According to the police, there was then a confrontation in which there was fighting back and forth. A car also drove onto the terrace of the pub. The fight did not last long, after a few minutes the attackers left.

When hired agents arrived on site, the hooligans had already left. They saw a havoc on the spot. A few were injured among the Heerenveen supporters. According to the police, three of them had to be treated in a hospital for their injuries.

Pursuit

After hearing some witnesses, the police were put on the trail of suspects who had fled by car. The vehicle in question of which a witness had registered the registration number was located in Rotterdam. The car was parked by the police on the side of the road and the five passengers were arrested. The investigation is still in full swing and the police are looking for witnesses to the fight.
