Arrested by KPK, Bangkalan Regent has Rp. 9.9 billion in assets

KPK extension socket Regent of Bangalore Abdul Latif Amin Imron as a suspect in the bribery case for an auctioned position in the Bangkalan regency government, East Java. The total wealth owned by Abdul Latif is IDR 9.9 billion.

Latif has assets of IDR 9,921,437,399. The number shows detik com Wednesday (7/12/2022) from the State Administration Wealth Report (LHKPN) which was reported in March 2022 for the period 2021.

It was stated in the report that Latif owns two plots of land and buildings in Bangkalan worth IDR 5,825,000,000. Latif also has transportation worth IDR 80,000,000.

In more detail, Latif owns a Toyota Sienta car worth IDR 75,000,000. Also, one unit of Honda motorcycles in 2016 has a value of IDR 5,000,000.

Abdul Latif also has other movable assets worth IDR 93,763,000. Furthermore, Latif has cash and cash equivalents worth IDR 672,674,399.

Latief is registered as having other assets worth IDR 3,250,000,000. It was written in the report that Latif was debt free.

KPK arrested

Abdul Latif is now arrested by the KPK. Information about the arrest was provided by a source detik com. It was alleged that the KPK had arrested the regent of Bangkalan.

KPK reporting unit chief Ali Fikri said the arrests were made after an investigation at the East Java Regional Police. Investigations have been conducted on suspects of alleged corruption in the Bangkalan regency.

“Today (7/12) at the East Java Regional Police, the investigation team of KPK conducted an examination of the suspected corruption suspects in Bangkalan Regency,” Ali Fikri told reporters on Wednesday (7/12).

Ali said the suspects were immediately taken to the KPK Jakarta office for further investigation. Ali said the Corruption Eradication Commission will report the progress of this case soon.

“In order to solve the above case, the KPK team arrested the suspects and immediately took them to the KPK office in Jakarta for further investigation,” Ali said.
