Two young men went violent when a bilberger wanted to do his job.
The police went to Ammerud in Oslo in connection with a driver of a tow truck allegedly been attacked by several boys Wednesday night.
One of the men had a knife, police said.
The tow truck was about to tow a driverless car from a bus stop, police said.
– When the car was on the plane, several guys showed up who did not want the car to be removed. When they did not get the car back, they became angry, writes police in an update at 22.04.
Police said the driver of the tow truck was punched in the face and threatened with a knife.
Two people in their early 20s, one of whom was the owner of the car, were arrested late Wednesday night and driven into custody.
– They have not been formally questioned, but have explained that they wanted the car back, says operations manager Tor Gulbrandsen to VG.
– The car was standing at a bus stop, obstructing traffic on the highway. It has been there for a while, because the driver of the tow truck had driven quite a long way after he was notified.
Police searched for suspects in the area and arrested two people. The driver of the tow truck should not be seriously injured.
