Shooting – The police managed to arrest two people shooting at a vehicle
Four people from Marseille were indicted on Thursday, Nimes. They are being prosecuted for attempted murder, participation in a criminal conspiracy with a view to preparing a crime, unauthorized possession of a weapon in a meeting, prohibited carrying of a weapon in transport, possession, supply or transfer of narcotics.
The four men are suspected of being the perpetrators of a shooting on Tuesday evening in the impoverished Chemin bas d’Avignon district of the prefecture of Gard. The shootings occurred near a deal point, which is the subject of a turf war between drug traffickers.
A fifth man still on the run
A National Police patrol, alerted by the gunshots, arrested two people at the scene of the shooting, including a minor, while they were in the process of opening fire on a vehicle. A man was slightly injured in the ankle on this occasion. A weapon and ammunition were seized by the police.
