A man was arrested and weapons were seized after a confrontation between state elements and armed subjects in the municipality of Teocaltiche, Jalisco.
Once again, a violent act was recorded in the Altos Norte area, at approximately 6:00 p.m. this Wednesday State Police personnel participated in a confrontation with armed men.
These events occurred while the officers were patrolling at the intersection of Aguascalientes and Niños Héroes in the downtown area of the municipality, where they noticed that men crewing a truck were carrying weapons, when they were called to a halt, at that moment they opened fire on the uniformed officers.
It is worth mentioning that no injured person was registered in the facts, this was confirmed in the first instance by the general strategic coordinator of Security Ricardo Sánchez Beruben.
He also detailed that it was achieved the arrest of a person identified as Rogelio “N”44-year-old from Michoacán, who was seized of the same truck that had a robbery report from August 8 of last year, three long weapons and also tactical equipment itself that was made available to the Public Ministry.
Remember that just on Saturday morning, August 19, there was also another confrontation between elements of the National Guard who were attacked with bullets while they were on a surveillance tour. On this occasion, seven people were arrested and one more lost their lives.
