Arrest and Theft on Pueyrredón Street: Gomez Fabian Domingo and the Seized Motorcycle

At 01:05 in the morning on Sunday, November 5, 2023, the Reconquista Command of the UR IX Corps Group responded to a radio call from the operator of the 911 center, which reported a situation on Pueyrredón Street N°134 . The information suggested the existence of a civil arrest at the scene.

Once on the scene, officers were able to observe an individual lying on the pavement with cut wounds to his face. This individual was being held by a man and accompanied by a woman, who verbally attacked him, accusing him of robbery. The clock read 01:15 am.

The security forces proceeded to arrest the individual, identified as GOMEZ FABIAN DOMINGO, of Argentine nationality, 32 years old, single, unemployed, residing in Callejón Barrio La Cortada S/N. The victim was identified as CASCO IVAN MARCOSArgentine, 27 years old, merchant, single, with address at Calle Ledesma N°1611. The reason for the incident was theft of beef.

A second individual involved managed to escape before authorities arrived. The preventive seizure of a Yamaha motorcycle, YBR model, 125 cc was carried out., blue, with domain 287 JDI, a red Halcón helmet, a bunch of keys that contained a keychain with a black hat design with white trim, white ribbon with green trim, and another keychain with a boleadora design with the key which bears the “Yamaha” brand. In addition, a black SAMSUNG brand touch-type cell phone was seized.

All evidence and relevant information were submitted to the local police station to proceed with the corresponding procedures.
