As a result of the surveys and investigations carried out by the members of the aforementioned faction, it was suspected that his neighbor in the residence (B.S.), who had agreed with another person, called: (M.Y.), to invite the first (J.S.) to his house to distract him, while the second is carrying out the robbery.
By listening to the statement of (B.S.), he confirmed what was mentioned above, and that (M.Y.) stole the amount from the house and handed him his share of the theft (an amount of $1,400 and 40 million Lebanese pounds), and that the latter told him that the full amount stolen was $3,500 and $65. million Lebanese pounds. M.Y. was lured and ambushed, which led to his arrest. Hearing his testimony, he confirmed that the stolen amount was exactly $3,500 and 65 million Lebanese pounds.
The amount was returned to (J.S.), and both: (B.S.) and (M.Y.) were arrested and deposited with the competent judiciary, pursuant to his indication.
