Midfielder De Arrascaeta was replaced with a muscle injury in the game between Uruguay and Colombia this Thursday. He was replaced in the first half by De la Cruz.
The player had returned from the last call and had a problem in his left thigh playing for Flamengo, against Palmeiras, in the Brazilian Championship.
Now, it can again be a problem for the club, after the FIFA date, which ends on the 12th, in the Uruguay game against Brazil.
