Thanks to actions carried out by the National Army, the capture and subsequent seizure of a large material of war weapons was achieved in the municipalities of Soratá and Timbio, Cauca.
According to the Army, “one pistol, 496 7.62mm linked rounds, 114 5.56mm rounds, 54 9mm rounds, a rifle scope, six field teams, five full camouflages, eight black sweatshirts, ten tactical divers, four pairs of boots, bracelets alluding to that Jaime Martínez war front. In addition to mats, belts, kerchiefs, scarves, assault bags, berets, canteens, among other campaign items ”as Costa Noticia points out.
Additionally, and according to information from the authorities, they also seized a Hyundai pickup and two Honda CB110 motorcycles.
