Jakarta – Amasya Manganang, Serda Aprilia Santini Manganang’s older sister, also has hypospadias. This was revealed by the Chief of Staff of the Army (KSAD), General TNI Andika Perkasa.
“Amasya confided, ‘Sir, I also want to be examined’. We are ready,” said Andika at the TNI AD Headquarters, Jalan Veteran, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Friday (19/3/2021).
Andika said that his party then conducted a medical examination to Amasya Manganang. The examination was carried out at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, Jakarta.
“In my opinion, we also have the responsibility to provide solutions. We are also still within our capabilities. Tuesday night we also gathered those who handled Aprilia Manganang and carried out a complete examination, last Wednesday and last Thursday at RSPAD,” he said.
From the results of the examination, Amasya Manganang known to have hypospadias. The disease is the same as her sister, Aprilia Manganang.
“The results were very similar. The results of the examination, Amasya was not as lucky as us, was also sick. We told Amasya and Amasya replied, ‘If I can be helped, I want to be who I am.’ We decided, we will prepare the same procedure. seriously into serious hypospadias, “he said.
Andika said Amasya also needed to undergo corrective surgery up to two times. This action was also the same as that of Aprilia Manganang.
Currently, the Tondano District Court (PN), Minahasa, North Sulawesi, is holding a hearing requesting a change of name and gender status for Aprilia Manganang. The trial was held independently online.
Aprilia Manganang as the applicant gave the power to attend the trial. Aprilia Manganang is currently attending a virtual trial at the Indonesian Army Headquarters.
