JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – A 4 minute 14 second video recording shows the Army Chief of Staff (KSAD), General TNI Andika Perkasa, making a viral speech on social media.
In his speech, Army Chief of Staff Gen. Andika Perkasa seemed to be firm in responding to reports regarding fees for providing Military Academy education in the Army.

This firm attitude was even marked by an ultimatum to the leaders in the ranks of the Indonesian Army.
In front of a number of Kodam Commanders, Andika emphasized that he did not want any more reports regarding the collection of contributions.
General Andika admitted that he would not hesitate to take firm action against TNI AD commanders if they continued to collect contributions.
The ultimatum was conveyed by KSAD General Andika Perkasa at the 2021 TNI AD leadership meeting (Rapim) which took place offline and online on Saturday (29/5/2021).
