Armie Hammer’s father, Michael Armand Hammer, has passed away

Michael Armand Hammer has died, aged 67, reports the celebrity website tmz extension.

Michael is said to have died on Sunday last week. TMZ reports that he was seriously ill with cancer for a period of time.

Michael Hammer is the father of the famous and scandalous actor Armie Hammer, who has been accused of, among other things, cannibalism.

Michael made a living as a businessman and worked in an investment bank until he became involved with Occidental Petroleum, the company which his grandfather Armand Hammer ran for several years.

Michael later became a vice president of the company.

He has also served as president of Hammer Productions, the Armand Hammer Foundation, the Hammer Galleries and the Hammer International Foundation.

He is survived by two sons, Armie and Viktor Hammer.

The former sent shock waves through Hollywood when it emerged that he had been accused of several cruel acts.

The actor, known for films like ‘Call Me By Your Name’ and ‘The Social Network’, has been accused of both rape and being a cannibal, among other charges.
