“Conflicts must be resolved on the basis of mutual concessions. Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia are ready to make the same concessions as Azerbaijan will want to make, ”Nikol Pashinjan said in an interview with AFP in the Armenian capital Yerevan.
The Armenian prime minister also believed that hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh were provoked by Turkey’s “active commitment” to support Azerbaijan, denouncing a “terrorist war against a people fighting for their freedom.”
