As a result of an active investigation, law enforcement officers revealed the authors of three consecutive robberies in Plovdiv. Successful operational and search operations were carried out by teams of the Third and Fourth Regional Units and their colleagues from the Criminal Police Department. North and in the Kamenica neighborhood.
According to preliminary information, the robberies were carried out in identical handwriting – in the early hours of the day and with the threat of weapons to pharmacists. In the course of the hard work, the criminalists tracked down the main perpetrators – Plovdiv residents aged 19 and 24, from whom a used gas pistol was seized. Two of their 30-year-old helpers were also detained in one of the cases.
They were additionally informed that on Friday night they confiscated the wallet of a young man they met on Hristo Botev Blvd. The materials of the pre-trial proceedings were submitted to the Plovdiv District Prosecutor’s Office. in custody for up to 72 hours.
