BAUCHI – On Saturday, armed men killed 47 people in northwestern Nigeria in attacks on at least three villages in the state of Katsina. The authorities announced this on Sunday. The attack has not been claimed. According to local media, it may be a long-drawn-out tribal struggle, in which this attack would be a revenge action.
