Arkab will take part in the 41st “CERAWeek” energy conference in the United States

The Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, is taking part, this Monday, in the 41st edition of the energy conference (CERA Week 2023 by S&P Global), which will run from March 6 to 10, 2023 in Houston (USA).

Mr. Arkab is accompanied by a large delegation made up of executives from the ministry, Sonatrach, Sonelgaz and the National Agency for the Development of Hydrocarbon Resources (Alnaft), according to a press release from the ministry.

During this visit, Mr. Arkab will have a series of meetings with his counterparts and officials of major international energy companies and will participate in several panels which will focus in particular on energy, energy in Africa and the energy transition, specified the communicated.

CERA Week (Cambridge Energy Research Associates) is one of the most important events that each year brings together energy industry executives, experts, government officials and decision makers, as well as leaders of the technology communities , financial and industrial, the ministry said.

During this conference, participants will address the main energy themes and challenges of the coming decades and will propose relevant and innovative solutions to ensure the sustainability of the energy supply flow, the same source points out.
