Arjen Lubach, the popular Dutch comedian and television host, is set to embark on a tour with his second solo show, COMEDY TOUR!. The tour will kick off in the autumn with a series of try-outs, followed by the premiere on December 28 at the Stadsschouwburg in Groningen. From April onwards, Lubach will continue his tour, including four evenings at the prestigious Royal Theater Carré.
The playlist for COMEDY TOUR! can be found on Lubach’s website, and ticket sales for most theaters have already begun. In this new solo show, Lubach promises to share his unique perspective on his own existence, the country, and the current times through personal stories, funny anecdotes, and surprising music.
This will be Lubach’s second solo tour, following his successful debut solo show, Lubach LIVE!, which he performed in 2018 and 2019. Before his transition to television and his breakthrough with the show Zondag met Lubach in 2014, Lubach had a background in theater. He was a member of the improvisation company Op Sterk Water for many years. Lubach will also be returning to NPO in the fall with a new season of De Avondshow with Arjen Lubach.
