South Indian superstar Nayanthara and her husband Vignesh Sivan celebrated their first Christmas since the birth of twins. Vignesh Sivan shared a photo of his twins with his wife on Instagram, describing them as Uir and Ulakam. Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan, who got married in June, gave birth to twins in October.
In the picture, Nayanthara is seen holding one son close to his chest while Vignesh is holding his second son. Sharing the photo, director Vignesh Sivan wrote: “Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Uyir, Ulakam, Nayan, Vicky and family. Abundant love! Praying that God bless you all with all the happiness and blessings to live a life you have always dreamed of! God bless you.”
In a recent interview, Vignesh said of his twins and their lives after the birth of their children that he still doesn’t fully understand being a father.
“I still haven’t fully realized that I’m a dad now. I feel very happy with them and now I spend as much time with them as possible,” Vignesh, who is also a filmmaker, told India Today.
“What I can feel is God’s immense blessings and that’s why I pray a lot. I feel really lucky with everything that I have in my life and everything that is happening in my life” – says Vignesh in an interview with India Today.
Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan fell in love with each other after meeting on the sets of Naan and Rowdy Than in 2015. The two got married in June this year in the presence of close friends and family, and four months after the couple welcomed twins. Nayanthara and Vignesh had twins through surrogacy.
