With two goals in the 2nd half, Panathinaikos overcame the obstacle of Ari in Thessaloniki (0-2) in the 4th matchday of the Super League playoffs, in an informal dress rehearsal of the two teams that will meet as opponents in the final of the Greek Cup and stayed alive in the title hunt.

However, he had a great chance in the 85th minute when Jedvai almost scored an own goal, but Dragovski saved with an overpowering effort. And in the 90′ ​​it was Jedvai who gave the guests a chance as he saved Ansarifard’s header on the line. And instead of 1-1, in the next minute (90’+2′) it became 0-2. Djuricic in the counterattack shot, Cuesta deflected the ball found Brumbets and ended up in the net (0-2) sealing the victory of the “greens”.
