The resident was crossing the road with his family, and before the car reached him, the driver stopped and began giving some directions to the vehicle driver, saying: “Bless you, my brother, you are coming into a pedestrian traffic zone. If we see cows, that’s another matter.”
The vehicle driver responded by saying: “If you see a car, do not cross the street.” The resident replied: “No, you must stop because there are children here.”
The vehicle driver added: You are afraid for your children. Hold them, Zain. If your children are not with them and they cross the street and someone hits them, will you hold them accountable? Account for your upbringing. I fear for people’s children more than I fear for myself and the car.
It is noteworthy that the verbal altercation took place yesterday, Tuesday, and according to what was recorded by the dash cam, the speed of the vehicle driver did not exceed 20 km/hour.
