A government source said that the Argentine government intends to submit a new debt restructuring offer to the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the coming days, according to “Reuters”.
Argentina is trying to avoid a messy legal confrontation with its creditors by concluding an agreement to restructure foreign debt of about $ 65 billion.
Last May, Argentina postponed the payment of $ 9.8 billion in public debt to 2021.
