Arestovich was born in Georgia. Educated at the Odessa Institute of the Ground Forces (now the Odessa Military Academy). From 1999 to 2005 he worked in the Main Intelligence Directorate. Received the rank of major in reserve. He studied psychology and theology, worked as a theater and film actor.
