Strong armament of Ukrainian artillery is expected soon as part of the assistance of foreign partners.
Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, announced this on air at Mark Feygin’s.
“A multiple launch rocket system has arrived in Ukraine. We know from official reports from the American side that 90 M777 howitzers have been provided. These are very good howitzers, very high quality – an exceptionally effective weapon. This is a lot, and someone else will bring it,” he said. .
Arestovich also noted that these howitzers can be recruited for 3-4 artillery brigades.
“And this is a very interesting story, because when one such brigade arrives, no one retreats anywhere,” he added.
As UNIAN reported, the United States is considering the issue of deliveries of artillery and helicopters to Ukraine.
