Arema Faces Barito Putera Without Two Butchers

Arema will face Barito Putera in Week 29 of Liga 1 2021-2022, Saturday (5/3/2022) night, not at full strength. The Singo Edan squad lost two butchers in this match.

Eduardo Almeida could not play Diego Michiels and Sandi Sute in the match against Barito. Both players are constrained by the accumulation of yellow cards.

The number of yellow cards pocketed by Diego and Sute is different. Sute, who had just entered the second round for the first time, got three cards, while Diego had five cards.

Diego collected his fifth yellow card in the match against Persik Kediri. Previously, the player who can play as a wing-back or stopper received a yellow card in the matches against Persita Tangerang, Madura United, Barito Putera, and Bali United.

Just like Diego, Sute also won a third yellow card in the match against Persik. Previously, the Arema midfielder was yellow carded in the match against Persela Lamongan and Persita Tangerang.

Also Threatened Without 2 Injured Players

Facing Barito Putera, Arema is also threatened without two injured players. The two are Kushedya Hari Yudo and Hamzah Titofani.

Both experienced injury problems in the match against Persebaya Surabaya. The difference is that Yudo was injured in the warm-up session, while Tito had to be sidelined during the match.
