Monterrey. – Being self-employed is not always a barrier to receiving support from the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (Telephone details) in buying a house, because by only making a one-time contribution and generating savings, it is possible to use this as hit of a bank mortgage.

To use your Infonavit savings in conjunction with a mortgage loan provided by a bank, the interested party must choose one of the participating financial institutions, which Banorte, BBVA, HSBC, Mifel, Santander and Scotiabank.
“Imagine that the bank you have chosen will evaluate your ability to pay and determine the amount of financing you have, as well as the term for paying it. Of the authorized credit, the bank will finance 70 percent, and Infonavit, the remaining 30 percent,” the statement continues.
