Requirements to request it:
- Have at least 18 months of contribution to FOVISSSTE.
- Be a state worker on active duty.
- Age greater than or equal to 25 years and less than 70 years (the sum of age plus the term of the credit must be less than 80 years).
- Not being in the process of issuing an opinion for the granting of a temporary or definitive pension for total, partial or temporary disability or disability; or in the process of voluntary retirement according to the Law.
- Require a credit application in the participating Banks or through the SOFOMES authorized to originate this mortgage loan.
The discount will be made via payroll, in pesos, rate and fixed payments, FOVISSSTE will grant an amount equivalent to 100% of the balance of the Housing Sub-Account of the SAR and the subsequent employer contributions of 5% to the SAR, which will help reduce the amortization period. Credit is also allowed advance payments to capital without penalty so you can reduce the repayment period.
Amounts:
- FOVISSSTE contributes an amount equivalent to the amount of the SAR’s Housing Sub-Account balance.
- The Bank lends you an amount between $ 100,000 and $ 4’800,000 *.

Required documentation:
- Credit request.
- Official identification.
- Proof of address.
- Proof of income.
- Unique electronic file (obtained from the portal www.gob.mx/issste).
- Authorization sheet of the beneficiary for consultation in Credit Societies.
Remember that the house must be 100% built to request it and have a registered appraisal, once the file is complete, the bank will ask the notary for the date of signing the deeds.
