Elden Ring is one of the most anticipated games of 2022. It features talented developers from From Software (Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro) and looks famous.
Elden Ring will be an open-world action RPG in the style of previous studio games. Again, you will have more freedom in the game and it will be up to you which bosses you challenge first and where you go with your character. You will be able to attack at close range, at a distance, with magic or by summoning ghosts that will help you with enemies (of course, it will be limited by something so that you cannot “spam” them).
The shown gameplay shots enchanted us mainly with their artistic style. If you examine some scenes in detail, you will notice imperfect textures or lighting, but it doesn’t matter at all. The game has a top presentation of its beautifully designed world. From the videos, it seems like it will be a pleasure to explore its darkest corners. You will have to be careful not to be eaten by a dragon.
The Elden Ring will also have a story and several NPCs (unplayable characters deployed in the open world) that will either help you or stab you in the back. You can count on dungeons full of rewards, but also minibos. As you can see on the gif above, you will be able to travel on the back of your horse on the big map.
You can meet random convoys full of monsters, mythical mythical creatures, dragons, bosses, but also other players. If you want, you can play the game in multiplayer when you launch your enemies together. Or you can choose to share it with each other.

The medieval fantasy setting of the game is immense. The design of the world and enemies is from From Software and everything seems extremely natural. George RR Martin, the writer behind the Game of Thrones, also helped create this world, by the way.
In the gameplay video, we were also fascinated by various styles of attacks, color effects during spells and the design of boss fights, which undoubtedly bother us nicely. A novelty in the game, compared to previous titles, is also the cancellation of fall damage. At least from the video, it seems that if you fall from a greater height, you won’t die, which has bothered some players in previous games since the studio.

Elden Ring looks famous. Sure, graphically it won’t be the best game of the year, but imperfect details are balanced by a beautiful looking fantasy world with a gloomy but very successful atmosphere.
