A group of protesters stormed this Sunday at an event of the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, to demand that they include them in the census for the delivery of support to homes affected by the passage of hurricane “Grace” in town.
During his speech at the meeting to evaluate the plan to support people affected by Hurricane “Grace” in Puebla, López Obrador noticed that a group of people began to protest at the entrance of the compound, interrupting him on two occasions.

Given this, the president asked them to let him conclude the event and promised that he would attend to all of them. However, the protesters stormed the site and approached the site where the Executive was, who, being surrounded, asked them if they would respect him and remain silent while he finished his speech.
“Are you going to let me speak? Are you going to listen to me? Are you going to respect me?” Lopez Obrador to the people in the place, who confirmed that they would seek to dialogue with him at the end of the event.
Lopez Obrador He said that, unlike in other times, support was being given to all the people who suffered damages and recalled that the censuses were implemented to prevent civil organizations from delivering support in an “incomplete” manner.
“We will continue to provide support for those who were affected, support to improve their housing, support for production because they lost crops and we will also provide beds, stoves, refrigerators but everything, that is heard well and that it is heard far away. , everything is going to be delivered directly and without intermediaries ”, he explained.
He insisted that the protests, like the one that was registered at that time, were presented every time an authority promised support that in the end did not reach the affected inhabitants because the intermediaries kept it.
President Lopez Obrador closed his speech by reiterating that he would support with the census all those affected by the hurricane “Grace” on Puebla and entrusted the Secretary of Welfare and Public Security, Javier May and Rosa Icela Rodríguez, respectively, to attend to the requests of the protesters in the place.
“They are going to attend to all of them, all their concerns, demands. I have to go to Tlaxcala, I was glad to be here with you and I am leaving you. Long live Huauchinango, long live Puebla, long live Mexico ”, he concluded
At the end of the event, the president personally received some demands from the protesters and later left the place.
