ANNOUNCEMENT FROM ANKARA GOVERNORATE
The Governorship of Ankara restricted the organization of entertainments in open or closed places, creating a vehicle convoy and collective farewell in military farewell.
According to the statement made by the Ankara Governorship, the Provincial General Hygiene Board met extraordinarily under the chairmanship of the Governor Vasip Şahin, discussed the agenda issues and made new decisions. In some places, it was stated that the necessary measures in activities such as street or village weddings, henna, bridal dressing, convoy were not complied sufficiently and public health was put at risk, therefore some neighborhoods and villages were quarantined. In the statement, the decisions taken by the Provincial General Sanitary Assembly to send off soldiers were listed as follows:
“Considering the rapid spread of the epidemic in crowded environments, weddings (including bridal reception, henna, etc.), engagement, circumcision wedding, etc. in neighborhoods and / or streets. It is observed that the duration of the activities will be determined on the same day, by considering the local features and by the District Governorates, which will not exceed five hours between 10.00-22.00, recently, the violation of the pandemic measures, especially the physical distance rule, has been observed that the soldier farewell ceremonies / entertainments have been held. Soldier farewells risk the health of our citizens in these environments, especially the military officers, and the success of our country in the fight against the epidemic. In any way, it is not allowed to send off soldier farewells (organizing entertainments in open or closed places, creating a vehicle convoy, collective farewell etc.) that cause uncontrolled crowds, and that violate the physical distance rules.
First degree relatives (including siblings) of military service are allowed to participate in farewell farms, such as bus stations, stations, airports, relatives, acquaintances, friends, etc. not to be permitted to collectively bid farewell,
It will violate the pandemic precautions, especially the physical distance rule, including the period when it will be delivered to the troops from military officers, while dispatching from military branches (when giving a sulus certificate).
Receipt of a commitment stating that they will not engage in activities such as farewell / ceremony / entertainment / convoy,
Notification of a copy of the letter of undertaking received from the military service by the military branches to the relevant Governorship / District Governorates,
In order to manage the risk that it poses in terms of public health, the information about military service obligations to which administrative or judicial proceedings have been carried out by the District Governorates in accordance with the rules of the pandemic, to the relevant military union (those who will surrender),
Increasing the inspections and controls by the district governorships, especially during the referral periods,
By showing the necessary sensitivity on the subject, ensuring the fulfillment of the applications in the framework stated above, administering an administrative fine in accordance with the Article 282 of the General Sanitary Law regarding those who do not comply with the measures, taking action in accordance with the relevant articles of the Law in accordance with the condition of the contradiction, Turkish Penalty regarding the behaviors that constitute the subject of the crime. Within the scope of Article 195 of the Law, it was unanimously decided to initiate the necessary judicial proceedings. ”
