A few days ago, information appeared on the Internet that the Santa Monica studio, instead of the next part of God of War, was developing a completely new game. This time, the imagination of the players was stimulated by a message from the director of Kratos’ latest adventures.
In particular, Corey Barlog published a photo taken in front of a sign with the company’s logo. And although the logo is blurry, you can see that instead of the studio name, it says Space 600. Barlog attached a message to the photo, in which he explained that “After many years in the wilderness of the patches, I return to motherhood to wreak havoc. 😬“
According to fans, this would confirm long-standing speculation that the studio is once again trying to create a role-playing game in a sci-fi setting, since a similar project has already been canceled in 2014.
However, there are many allegations that Space 600 is simply the name of the building where the company’s headquarters are located. It seems that it will take time to finally understand whether these are direct suggestions or just jokes, but it is already clear that the curiosity of players about the plans of one of Sony’s main studios is growing every day.
