“The Covid still kills”, keeps repeating the Minister of Health, François Braun. A few hundred patients, the vast majority aged at least 60, die every day in hospital following an infection by SARS-CoV-2. But did they die “because of the Covid” or “with the Covid”, that is to say from another reason while having been carriers of the virus? The question may seem provocative, but the answer is actually not so obvious.
