Su Xiuyue said that the vitamins and minerals people need can be obtained from food.A healthy and balanced diet requires 6 types of food (five grains, beans, fish, eggs, meat, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, oils and nut seeds) It is mainly composed of natural ingredients, reducing animal fat, sugar, processed foods, etc. And it can achieve healthy dietary goals with less oil, less sugar, less salt, and high fiber content.

Do I Really Need Supplements?
It is important to know if you need supplements. Su Xiuyue explained that nutrients should be obtained from natural foods, rather than eating unhealthy foods, such as: saturated fat, sugar, salt, low-fiber diet, and then eating supplements for balance. If you still have nutritional imbalances after trying a diet that is as balanced as possible, you can communicate with your doctor or nutritionist to confirm which dietary supplements are best and also know the dosage of the supplements.
