Jakarta – Smartphone manufacturer Apple has launched its latest system update which is expected to be able to find out the authenticity of the smartphone components. The update was introduced a few days ago which they named iOS 15.2.
As one of the producers cell phone smart world Apple has an obligation to always make developments related to user satisfaction. With routine system development, users feel confident that the products they use have good quality and safety.
The software itself is known to be very vulnerable to being hacked, but by doing regular maintenance and updating regularly this can be greatly minimized.
Therefore, to convince consumers and improve their system, Apple presents an update for its mobile software called iOS 15.2.
Apple’s official website says that this update is a fix for iPhone bugs, app privacy reports, and digital legacy programs. In some sources it is said that the iOS 15.2 update is an additional feature that is rumored to be present in the last iOS15.
The iOS 15.2 update is like an app privacy report where users can find out how often the app accessed location, photos, camera, microphone, contacts, and other interests in the last seven days. The app’s privacy report also includes information about network activity on the user’s phone.
The next update made by Apple on iOS 15.2 is on Apple ID. Now users can assign someone else to access their iCloud account and personal information related to the data on your phone after you’re gone, this feature is called Digital Legacy.
In the camera sector, users can now control macro photos so that they use an ultra-wide lens for taking photos and videos. However, this feature is only available in iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Max settings.
iOS 15.2 also provides an update for Apple CarPlay, now the map displayed looks more real. Details such as turning lanes, green lanes, bicycle lanes, and road crossings are now clearly visible, but this feature still only applies to certain cities.
Despite getting a lot of updates, the feature that gets the attention of users is the authenticity detection of iPhone components. This is good news because the iPhone market is not only big in the market for selling new products but also used products with high demand.
With this new feature, users will be more confident about the authenticity of the components of the iPhone they have. However, information on the authenticity of these components varies in each series, from iPhone X to iPhone 13.
On iPhone X, users can only find out the original status of the battery components, then for iPhone 11 the status provided includes the battery and screen. The new iPhone 12 and 13 get status notifications for the battery, screen, and camera components.
Although it can detect the authenticity of components on the device, this feature will not interfere with iPhone performance. Because this feature is only going to tell the user will not interfere with the performance of the phone.
