Update from January 5th, 9:30 a.m .: From the flap on the moderation table of the daily News a battle is currently developing between funk and ARD. With a wink, of course. The content network had previously published a screenshot on Instagram that showed the drawer in the Tagesschau studio that had been open for days. A painful sight for some. Courageously grabbed now Daily Topics-Speaker Ingo Zamperoni closed the flap – but left a drawer at the moderation table open! For funk this now means: “War”. They posted on Instagram: “You won this time, but we’re ready for round two!”
As before, the Instagram post generated a variety of reactions. The account of German television immediately commented: “Team Zamperoni”. And the ARD Instagram account relied on their comment from the previous day (see first report) one more thing. On Wednesday they posted a provocative question about the purpose of the drawer: “Jan Hofer needs a bit of air in his new home …” Now they went one step further and now commented: “Did Jan have to go out because of his own needs?” Pretty sassy! Instagram users can hardly believe what is going on. “Are you angry,” writes one person. In any case, the confrontation creates a good atmosphere. “Who would have thought that a drawer would ever interest me so much,” reads the post of a follower. “Worse Zamperoni, may his sleeves get wet while washing up“, Another and a user wrote enthusiastically:” You are fantastic. “And lo and behold: In the Thursday edition of daily News At the end of the show, attentive viewers notice that the drawer is still open.

What happened anyway? For two days in a row, the flap of the second moderation table is slightly open in the broadcast on ARD. This is now funk, the young content network of ARD and ZDF. They cheekily comment on this on their Instagram account: “FINALLY CLOSE YOUR FLAP, Tagesschau !!”

Many a person on Instagram actually seems to be curling up their toenails right now. Because the flap of a compartment on the moderation table of the Tagesschau was open. On both evenings of the 8 p.m. news in the end credits of the broadcast, during the panning of the camera, recognizable. Why this has not bothered any of the employees so far is open. “Since Jan Hofer left, the shop has gone down the drain”; an Instagram user immediately comments. “There are rules. Clear rules. Why? ”Writes someone else. The inner “Monk”, a reference to the TV series of the same name, in which the main character suffers from severe obsessive-compulsive disorder, has apparently awakened. But speaking of shut up, thinks an Instagram user inside and asks: “What is the Tagesschau actually storing in its moderation table?”. For one person the whole thing even looks like the trash can of a train toilet. Funk himself puts forward the steep thesis: “That’s the dishwasher and someone left it open to air.”
Then even the ARD Instagram account switches on and posts: “Oh come! Jan Hofer needs a bit of air in his new home … ” This then completely escalates the mood on Instagram. “As soon as they leave, they get cheeky,” is the prompt answer. “ARD, you didn’t bring that, is that legal?” Asks an apparently perplexed user. And someone else writes: “ARD, wow, what a brutal comeback with this answer!”

Fortunately, ARD presenter Anna Planken is in a hurry (Night magazine, ARD morning magazine) Confidently to help: “These are really caustic drawers.
