She is one of the most popular presenters in Germany and enjoys a steadily growing following on Instagram with her outfits and insights into her everyday life. Most recently, “ARD Brisant” presenter Mareile Höppner cuddled with her new boyfriend, posted pictures of it in her Instagram story. Now she is offering her almost 120,000 subscribers something to take a closer look at: she has changed her hairstyle.

In tight red leather pants and a ribbed top, the 44-year-old poses on the studio grounds of the MDR in Leipzig, where she stands in front of the camera for the evening broadcast of the first. But it is not only with her outfit that she is an eye-catcher. Her hair also looks different.

Fans are excited about the new hairstyle

The presenter still wears her dark blonde mane long, but she has put on the scissors. The hair now only goes up to the shoulder. “Hair off, lucky me”, writes the mother of one son under the post, which over 6,000 followers have already marked with a heart within a few hours.
