Gabicce Mare (Pesaro), 26 September 2024 – Tragedy at work in the area of Pesaro, in Gabicce, in the province of Pesaro-Urbino. The victim is an architect 62 years old, volunteer worker originally from Ferrara.
It happened at about 6pm yesterday: the man died after being he fell from the balcony the Hotel Continental in Gabicce, while he was doing some work: he was taking measurements over the parapet.
On the site is the 118, the carabinieri and a technician from the regional territorial health company (Ast PU), Urbino region, to carry out the measurements that confirmed the building’s safety status. The victim is an architect, originally a freelancer from Ferrara, who was at the hotel (which is closed to the public) for to measure when he then fell from the balcony and died instantly.
The Ast PU technician has confirmed that the carpet was up to parthat the man would have fallen since he was over the last day on the basis of a voluntary act, for which he was without hazardous working conditions.
To find out if it was an accident or a voluntary act, the group he was in charge of judgment operative to complete the autopsy. When health workers, technicians and law enforcement arrived at the scene, the man was already lifeless. The reconstruction of the facts is now being investigated by investigators.
