Did you know that the Building Department is responsible for project development, project planning and the realization of over 600 ongoing construction projects? The selection of suitable planning offices is therefore a responsible task and a decisive factor for the success of the project.
As an architect (ETH or FH) you are responsible for the proper planning, tendering and implementation of architectural competitions and planner elections. In cooperation with the construction departments, they determine the type of procedure, the program, the task, the composition of the jury and the dates. They are responsible for the jury meetings, the competition exhibitions and the public relations work on the procedures and thus make a significant contribution to the building culture of the architecture competitions in the canton of Zurich.
