Duchess Meghan (38) and Prince Harry (35) attach great importance to their privacy. Privacy is even more important than your own of her son Archie (1). She is said to have been injured because little Archie is suing a photo agency from Los Angeles, as “extra.ie” reports. The Splash News agency took pictures of the Mini-Royal in January when his mommy walked with him and her two dogs Beagle Guy and Labrador Oz on Vancouver Island. Packed in winter clothes, Little Archie hangs in a noose with his back to the paparazzi. That doesn’t suit the family of three.

On March 25, 2020, just a few days before she stepped down as a high-ranking royal, the lawsuit was filed with the Schillings law firm in court. The case is being heard in the UK High Court. The plaintiffs listed are “Master Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor” and “Her Royal Highness, Duchess of Sussex”. Meghan is described as a “process friend”. Because Archie is a minor, he cannot represent himself. The case will not be easy to win. As Splash News says, they will “vigorously defend themselves”.

Harry is afraid of further tragedy
It is not only Meghan that is particularly important to protect her little sprout. Harry wants to save his wife and son from tragedy. Paparazzi photos keep reminding him of his mother’s death. Harry believes the press has his mother, Princess Diana (1961-1997), on his conscience, as he did in the «ITV»-Dokumentarfilm «Harry und Meghan – An African Journey» told. He is afraid that history could now repeat itself. Harry didn’t want to be “bullied into the game” that Diana took her life.

The prince’s mother lost her life in a car accident in Paris in 1997 while fleeing from paparazzi. «Everything she went through and what happened to her is still there every day. I am not paranoid. I just don’t want history to repeat itself, »Harry says in the documentary. «Part of this job is to make a good face of bad play and ignore many of these things. We have to focus on being authentic and on what we believe in. » (bsn)
