Archery Tokyo 2020 Olympics: These are the results of Indonesia’s representatives

Tokyo 2020 Olympic Archery already started the competition today. Here are the results of the representatives of Indonesia, who temporarily passed the first phase.

Competing at Yumenoshina Park, Friday (23/7/201), Indonesia fielded two male and female individual representatives. There is Riau Ega Agatha Salsabila and Diananda Choirunisa. Meanwhile, in the men’s team, there are the Riau Ega trio, Arif Dwi Pangestu, and Alviyanto Bagas Prastiyadi.

In the individual number of the daughter Tokyo 2020 Olympic archery, Diananda had to settle for being ranked 40th in the round ranking session. The 24-year-old athlete won 631 points.

Meanwhile, Ega Riau can perform well in the men’s individual numbers. He finished 15th with 666 points. Two of Ega’s colleagues, Alviyanto Prastyadi, finished 26th with a score of 658, and Arif Dwi Pangestu, finished 32nd with 655 points.

Diananda will start the elimination round against Danish archer, Maja Jager, on Tuesday (27/7). While in the men’s, Arif faced Florian Unruh (Germany) on Tuesday (27/7), and Ega faced David Barnes (Australia) and Alviyanto faced Taylor Worth (Australia) on Thursday (29/7).

Diananda and Ega’s achievements also made Indonesia pass the mixed team team to the quarterfinals. They will face opponents from the United States on Saturday (24/7).

Meanwhile in the men’s team Tokyo 2020 Olympic archery, Riau Ega, Alviyanto and Arif Dwi brought Indonesia to rank 7th out of 12 team teams. Next, they will face opponents from Great Britain, consisting of Tom Hall, Patrick Huston, and James Woodgate, on Monday (26/7).
