SHARJAH, 13th March, 2020 (WAM) — The real estate development company, Arada, launched the Saray neighborhood, which is the fifth phase dedicated to ultra-luxurious palaces and the first of its kind in Sharjah, in the integrated Masar community, in the midst of dense trees in the suburb of Al-Suyoh. An exclusive package of 36 palaces has been put up for sale, and this comes as a result of the growing demand for luxury real estate in Sharjah and across the Emirates. The Saray neighborhood is located in the heart of the master plan of the “Masar” project, and all the palaces are expected to be handed over by the end of 2025.
Ahmed Al-Khushaibi, Group CEO of Arada, said: We launched this exclusive package of luxury palaces as a result of the growing demand for high-end homes in the Masar community, as we look forward to offering the first package of our ultra-luxurious homes that attract high-income individuals in the UAE and abroad.
He added that the demand for homes in the Masar community has increased significantly following the recent decision of the Sharjah government to allow all nationalities to own free real estate in the emirate, and Masar is currently the most popular community among all off-plan sales projects throughout the UAE, as we sold more than 500 homes during Only the first two months of this year and we expect to sell the entire project within the next six months.
Masar has a total sales value of AED 8 billion and its master plan includes 3,000 homes within seven gated neighborhoods linked by a central green axis containing more than 50,000 trees.
Work is currently underway on the construction of the first three residential phases of the project – Sindyan, Kaya and Robinia. The first batch of homes is planned to be delivered later this year. All homes within the first four phases of Masar have been sold, with more than two-thirds of the units of the entire project.
The next stage of completion includes the delivery path of the buffer zone surrounding the entire project from the outside, which includes thousands of trees and is interspersed with two continuous running and cycling tracks of 6.6 km each.
It is noteworthy that the Masar project won last November the “Master Planner of the Year” award at the 2022 Middle East Design Awards, where the award jury praised its innovative, nature-inspired design that encourages residents and visitors to adopt healthy and active lifestyles.
