Arab Youth Podcast Training Program Now Accepting Nominations for Third Edition

The center is organizing the new version of the program in cooperation with leading institutions in the Arabic content industry, including the international platforms “Sawt”, “My Content”, “Mulham Plus”, “Anghami”, the knowledge application “Wajeez”, and the Sky News Arabia Academy.

Moza Al-Hinai, Director of Strategic Research at the Center, said: “Through this program, we seek to improve audio content, contribute to the production of high-quality Arabic youth audio channels, enhance the skills of Arab youth in the field of audio coloring, and provide young people with the basic and advanced skills necessary to launch their own audio platforms.” With the support of specialists and experts in the field of podcasting from the partners in the program, in addition to their participation in training courses and workshops in the field of making podcasts and audio blogs, in addition to direct consultation sessions between young people, experts and inspirations in the world of podcasting.”

The program includes specialized courses in podcast production, audio recording, and audio coloring, in addition to podcast editing and marketing workshops. The best 20 finalists will receive a final intensive training phase, which includes hours of technical consultations with experts in the field to develop ideas, improve the business plan, and answer questions during live sessions. About developing business plans, developing technical production, and developing publishing and marketing plans. The training takes place in two stages, in the first of which 100 young men and women participate to present podcast episodes at the end, from which the program committee selects the best 20 episodes, so that their owners qualify for the second stage, which includes intensive training sessions, ending with the selection of projects. The winner honors the top three.

In its third session, the Arab Youth Podcast training program attracts Arab youth from the ages of 18 to 35 years, who are interested in podcasts and the design, planning, implementation and production of creative audio content in the Arabic language.
