“Arab Travel Market 2023 witnesses 29% annual increase in attendees and signals revival of travel industry in Middle East”

The “Arab Travel Market 2023”, which concluded its activities last Thursday in Dubai, witnessed an annual increase of 29% in the number of attendees, and an increase of 5% over the 2019 edition of the exhibition, before the “Covid-19” pandemic, in a strong indication that the travel industry in The Middle East has returned to normal and revived again.

A statement stated that the “Arab Travel Market 2023” recorded the attendance of more than 40,000 people, including 30,000 visitors, an annual increase of 29% in the number of attendees compared to last year’s 2022 edition of the event, and an increase of 5% over the 2019 edition of the exhibition. Before the “Covid-19” pandemic, which indicates the growth and recovery of the travel and tourism sector in the Middle East, it also witnessed the participation of more than 2,100 exhibiting companies from 150 countries in the Dubai World Trade Center, to explore how the industry can ensure sustainable travel for future generations.
