Libreville, April 23, 2023 (AGP) – The Arab Boxing League of the province of Ogooué-Maritime (West) opened its season on Saturday in Port-Gentil with a gala with 11 mixed fights on the program.
The Arab Boxing League of Ogooué-Maritime organized a gala on Saturday at the Shell city as a season opener. Five clubs took part in this inaugural day. With on the menu, 11 fights after which, Richie Ossima, from the Academy club, was named best fighter.
« The gala served a dual purpose. First it marked the opening of our season. Then, it was important for us to continue our popularization campaign around this discipline still little known here.“Said the president of the Arab Boxing League of Ogooué-Maritime, Thierry Joseph Ragambouet.
